Terms & Conditions  

1. 1. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and pack your items within 7-14 business days.  A 20% of the order amount will be charged as handling fee if you cancel your order after it has been confirmed.  Exchange request must be made within 7 working days from the delivery date. Returned items should be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted otherwise. 

2. 2. Please adhere strictly to the washing and care instructions.  

3. 3. Tailored-made school uniforms are available upon request, and pricing will be provided separately. 

4. 4. All the uniforms are provided by Join Concord Trading Limited ("Join Concord"). Join Concord reserves the right to update and change the above terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.  In case of any disputes, Join Concord’s decision shall be final and binding.

1. 1. 1. 您的訂單一經下達且付款已被確認，我們將在7-14個工作日內處理並包裝您的物品。如您在訂單確認後取消訂單，本公司將會收取訂單金額20%作為手續費。如需更換校服，請務必於發貨日之日起７個工作天內提出。退換之貨品必須未經使用、未經洗滌並須保留原有包裝，否則恕不退換。 

   3. 2. 請嚴格遵守洗滌和保養說明。 

   4. 3. 如需為子女訂造特別尺碼校服，價錢另議。 

   5. 4. 所有校服均由裕盟貿易有限公司（「裕盟」）提供。裕盟保留一切權利隨時修改以上條款及細則而不作另行通知。如有任何爭議，裕盟將保留最終決定權。
