Upon full payment in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Terms & Conditions, the goods will be delivered to the campus where your child is studying (“Campus”) for collection.

1. Processing and Shipping Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and pack your items within 5 - 7 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times. While we endeavour to deliver the goods to the designated campus within approximately 5 to 7 business days after your purchase, we make no guarantee or warranty as to the specific delivery date and time. The delivery may be subject to factors beyond our reasonable control or other uncertainties that may affect the timeline.

1. Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review them before making a payment.

1. Shipment Notification:

Once your order is shipped and arrived at the Campus, you will receive a notification from the campus for collection.

1. Collection:

Once you receive the notification confirming the delivery of your goods to the Campus, kindly contact the Campus and make arrangement for collection. It is important that you arrange for the goods to be collected or delivered to you within 7 business days upon receiving our notice, without any undue delay.

1. Delivery Issues:

In the rare event of any delivery issues or delays, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently to resolve any problems and ensure your package reaches the Campus as soon as possible.
